Organized in 1998 by Victor Siedleski and his Combat Research and Development group. (Greg Longoria, Laura Brown Siedleski, Don Schulz, Donna Moy Clarke, James Scott Murray, Dr. Mike Selvitella).

We are strongly influenced and inspired by Hatsumi Sensei - 34th Grandmaster -  of Ninpo Taijutsu. As we are guided, mentored and operated from the authority of Mr. Ed Martin Shihan of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. 

The ShoRi Dojo specializes in reality based situations and efficient responses to those events. 

ShoRi Dojo Curriculum :
Covers the entire gambit of self defense and combat Application.
:: DakenTaijutsu: Punching and Kicking.
:: JuTaiJutsu: Throwing and Ground work.
:: Traditional and Modern Weapons (use and defenses)
:: Psychological and emotional development

White: 10th Kyu: Basics in Taijutsu and safety in training
Green: 9th Kyu - 5th Kyu: Intermediate training in movement and application
Brown: 4th Kyu - 1st Kyu: Advanced training in conceptual understanding
Black: 1st Dan - 4th Dan: Specialty training and studies in application.

Due Structure: offering at least eight 2hr. sessions a month.
Beg. White/Green: $30 a month
Adv. Brown/Black: $20 a month
(Dues go down with advancement)
New Adv.: $25 a month
(refers to new advanced Bujinkan students)

-- Dues cover: Curriculum, Belt ranks, training weapons, Bujinkan affiliation,
                          Sensei Vic's training, Dojo Maintenance.

-- Not covered:
Uniforms, Bujinkan Rank Certificates, Live weapons.

: 23 years accumulative Martial arts experience.
: Currently ranked yondan in BujinKan Budo Taijutsu.
: 14 productive years in TaiJutsu
: 10 years teaching BujinKan Martial Arts.

: Ranks held in Judo, Jujitsu, TangSo Do, GungFu

1. The character nin, means to endure over hardship.
2. Forget self, be patient, fear not dying.
3. Act with purpose and resolution, do nothing that has not value.
4. Do nothing from anger.
5. To know that the path of Man comes from justice.
6. Recognize sadness and worry as natural, seek the immovable heart.
7. To renounce greed, indolence, and obstinacy.
8. Teach not to others without Kanshi permission.
9. To not stray from the path of loyalty and brotherly love, and to delve always deeper into the heart of Budo.
